The apartment is a eagle nest, cosy, wide, really bright, about 76 m2 big with 2 rooms, last floor with high ceiling, a small entrance, kitchen, bathroom, storage room and two balconies, from which you can see the near industrial structure of the Gasometer (now transformed in a modern building) and Berlin’s roofs. The apartment has been recently renovated and is partially supplied with furniture: washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, kitchen, kitchen table with chairs, shelfs. There is a wooden floor with Dielen and Fertigparquett. The kitchen is comfortable and the bathroom has a wide build-in shower and a window.
The rent is 1200 E/month and doesn’t include gas, electricity, internet and tv tax. You have to provide independently to activate those contracts.
Anmeldung is possible.
The apartment is available for a year starting from November 1st, 2023. An extension of the rental contract is possible but not guaranteed.

The apartment is located in the Rote Insel district, very close to the S-Bahn stations of Suedkreuz, Schoeneberg, Julius-Leber Bruecke and right out of the door there is the bus stations of bus nr. 106 and 204.
In a street close by there is the best backery of the town and at Julius-Leber Bruecke two supermarkets (one organic).
In the close lively square of Whilhelm-Kaiser Platz you can find all possible shops, banks, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessen and from there starts the nice Kietz of Schoeneberg, with the elegant and cozy streets of Akazienstr, Belgischerstr., full of restaurants, bookshops, cafes.
