I am subletting my bright, spacious two-bedroom (2-Zimmer) flat, ideal for a single person or a couple, for six months from 15 October (or 1 November) 2019 to 1 April 2020. The apartment is on the 2nd OG (or 3rd floor) of a pre-war building and has one large bedroom, a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom. It is fully furnished with a washing machine, bath/shower, kitchen table, sofa and desk. It has good parking, easy access to almost anywhere in the city and a terrific view of a historical bridge. There is lots of light.
The apartment is located on the corner of Bülowstraße and Potsdamer Straße in the front building (Vorderhaus), with ideal public transportation connections right next to the U2 Bülowstraße and several bus stops. It has good parking and easy access to almost anywhere in the city. The building is just one block from Winterfeldplatz, which has wonderful markets on the weekend and there are a number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarkets are just a few minutes away, and the Staatsbibliothek and Potdamer Platz are within walking distance.
