My wife and I temporarily move to New York City so we are looking for lovely people who would like to take over our beautiful apartment for that time.
A few quick facts about the apartment:
- It is a 3-room apartment
- Fully furnished
- Super sunny
- Conveniently located in Friedenau/Schöneberg
- Comes with a fully equipped kitchen + wifi + washing machine + dishwasher + corner tub + piano + 2 desks + house plants
- Our neighbors are super friendly
- Utilities are capped and will not increase (no matter how crazy gas prices get)
The initial contract would be fixed for two years. A yearly extension of the contract is possible upon discussion after that.
WGs of two people are accepted.
The apartment is conveniently located along the S1 train line.
It's a rather quite and residential neighborhood, but you can easily get places since it is well connected.
For shopping there is an option right across the street. But since that grocery store only accepts debit card and cash payments we tend to take a walk to one of the various supermarkets in a 10 minute walking radius.
Working remotely at the place is no issue at all. We pay for a 100 mBit/s line and that's pretty much what we get in download speed. My wife and I have been using it for work constantly without any problems.
