I am sub-renting my 22 m2 room, a spacious with furniture. A big double bed with and extra mattress.
The kitchen is together with the hall composing a nice chill-out dining room. The room and the kitchen have super nice view from Tempelhof Park.
The Wg live is chill. Sometimes with hang out all in the dinning room. Sometimes we go out together.
We are looking for a nice and chill person to sub-rent my room for the time that I’m in Portugal on vacations. Clean habits and mature attitude are very important.
The location is very good. 5 minutes walking to U+S Bahn Tempelhof Station. S41-42 and U6.
Also close to the Tempelhof park entrance near the Station, so 10 minutes on bike from Neukölln and 10 minutes from Kreuzberg-Mehrinhdamm. In metro you get to Mitte in 15 minutes.
