I am renting a recently refurnished, really bright and nice 2-room flat in January! Sorry, but there are no shorter rental periods possible.
The flat is available from 4th of January 2017 until 4th of February 2017.
The flat has two rooms. The bedroom has a queensize bed and the livingroom has a lovely balcony, big screen TV and a sofa, that can be used as a double bed for guests.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a table to sit at. The bathroom was also renovated recently and has a shower and washing machine.
The flat is ideal for one or two people, who want to explore the city and maybe start from here to find a more permanent place to live. I only rent the flat for the full month and will take a deposit, that you will get back, if there are no damages ;-)
Tempelhof is the ideal area to live. Near by our house there is a mall which offers good shops for everyday needs (food, h&m, dm etc.).
You get to the main spots, like Kreuzberg or Mitte, within a very short time. The metrostation Ullsteinstr. is about 600 meters away. The metro line U6 is great to get to the city centre. The S-Bahn station Tempelhof (Ringbahn) is only 4 minutes away by train, Mehringdamm (Kreuzberg) 9 minutes and Friedrichstraße less than 15 minutes.
