We are going to leave our Apartment in Berlin and we need a new tenant starting first of July with no exception.

The apartment is 68.28 square meters of surface.
The house has one big bedroom, one bathroom, a wide living / dining room, a kitchen (with countertop), a great balcony, and a big deposit in the basement. Also you have a garden inside the building.
The most beautiful thing about this place, it's that it is so luminous that you can't imagine.. in the sunrise you have a lot of light in the bedroom and in the sunset in the living room.
This place is totally perfect for the cloudy winters.. :)

The neighbourhood is awesome!
We live in Tempelhof, rounded by a lot of nature and a small lake in front of the house. You are going to live 4 blocks from Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße U-Bahn and 10’ of Priesterweg S-Bahn, 3 block of 170 and 1 block of 106, apart from other bus stations. Also, you have bauhaus and Ikea branches just a few blocks in case that you need furniture or stuff for your home.
In this place you have all supermarkets in Berlin close to you: Kaiser's, Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi, Netto and Edeka in the principal avenue inside of "Tempelhofer-Hafen" shopping
You have Rossmann, Dm, and Karstadt, schools and veterinary close to the main avenue as well.
The neighborhood is quiet and clean but also you have a lot of bars and restaurants to have fun!
