Typical Berlin "alt Bau" apartment with high ceiling. Cosy and close to the Tempelhof park and the Schillerkiez district where there are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The nearest station is Hermannstraße (Neukölln), so you are connected to the Ring and the U8 subway (which go to Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Mitte in 20min). Furthermore, there is a direct line from Hermannstr. to the airport.
The living room has a balcony that overlooks a lovely garden accessible to residents. The sofa is convertible and can accommodate one person.
There are two desks in the apartment, perfect for home-office.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee/cappuccino machine, Toaster, steamer, mixer, etc.).
The bedroom is spacious, bright and the bed is queen size.
Pets allowed - We live in this apartment with a dog, so it is not suitable for people with allergies.
