Wir untervermieten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (52qm) im Hansaviertel für drei Monate, vom 2. Februar bis zum 3. Mai. Die Miete beträgt 800€ warm (Strom, Heizung, Internet inkludiert). Die Wohnung ist hell, hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche sowie Schlafzimmer und Balkon. Die U-Bahn-Station Hansaviertel ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, nächste S-Bahn-Station ist Bellevue (7 min). Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine.
Da die Untervermietung mit unserem Vermieter abgesprochen ist, werden wir einen Untermietvertrag auf Zeit aufsetzen, womit eine Anmeldung auf Zeit möglich wird.

We sublet our 2 rooms flat (52 m2) for 3 months from 2nd of February to 3rd of May. The flat is bright, with a big living room, a big kitchen, a bedroom, and a balcony. The rent is 800€ warm (Electricity, Heating, Internet included). Closest U-Bahn station is Hansaviertel (5 min by foot), and the closest S-Bahn is Bellevue (7 min). The flat is perfect for a couple.
It is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and kitchen equipment.
The sublet is accepted by our landlords which allows us to do a fixed-term contract and Anmeldung for the three months is possible.
