Apartment wedding / Pankow

The apartment is in a nice street, Kattegatstrasse 9, 3 mins walking from the sbahn station Wollankstrasse.
It can be rented from 6 months to 6 months, so: the contract you will get is for 6 months and It can be renewed for another 6 months if everything goes all right. But if you want to leave the apartment you should tell the owner 2 months in advance before those 6 months end, so he can come to the city and take care of it (but maybe you can just find another person like I'm doing right now, he might be ok with that too)

Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.

The apartment has a lot of potential and can be really nice, there is though something worth mentioning: every neighbour is so nice, but one family, this family is two floors on top of this apartment and they have five kids, the kids can be annoying as they come to play in the hinterhof. Is not always annoying and there are days of no kids of course, but be aware that some days kids will be playing in front of your window. The rest of the building is trying to change this now and might get fixed soon, but be ready for that.
