Located at the top of a historic building, this dachgeschoss apartment has 2 balconies and a view of the Fernsehturm (TV Tower) from the living room and bedroom. Skylights allow light into every room making even sometimes gloomy Berlin bright.

There is a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and foyer. The apartment is fully finished with complete kitchen, fridge, freezer, washing machine, shower/bathtub, loft bed, 2 pull out couches, TV (&cable), wifi, and phone.

Less than 5 minutes to the U-Bahn and only one stop from the Gesundbrunnen (S-Bahn stop on the Ringbahn). Its just 15 min by UBahn to Alexanderplatz - a central hub. It is also only 15-20 from the airport.

Our friendly bunnies are staying in their bunny house on the balcony and would require minimal (once a day) feeding duties. They are crazy cute and easy to look after.

The flat is available while we're on holiday with the price for while we are gone at 650 euros. We are open to short-term rentals at 40 euro per day (minimum 3 days), 250 euro a week, or a negotiable amount of time.
