This furnished apartment is fully equipped and suits the needs of two friends or a small family.
The old residential building lies in a quiet side street and green areas can be found in the private backyard and in front of the entrance: Zeppelinplatz. The Leopoldplatz can be reached with
a 5-minutes-walk.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, all of them with daylight windows. Sleeping possibilities are for up to 3 persons. In the bigger room there is a double bed, a big wardrobe (IKEA Pax), a chest of drawers, an old TV, a violet leather sofa and a nice glas-topped table with 4 chairs. A big window allows a good natural light.

In the smaller room there is a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a office leather chair. A second desk and a black chair are also available.

The modern and new kitchen is fully equipped and serves all the needs. Washing machine, dish washer and a double fridge are as well brand new. Besides there are a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. There is a hood over the gas stove (you usually only get electric stove in Germany). The dining space is for up to 4 persons.

The apartment is located in a central area called Wedding, the northern part of the district Mitte (which means city-centre).
At the end of the road, the bustling Müllerstrasse offers a huge range of international restaurants and take-aways, besides supermarkets, shopping malls and small shops. Bars and off-licences selling almost everything (Spät-Kauf) are open all night. The nearby Volkspark Rehberge is one of the biggest and most beloved park in Berlin.
The apartment is well connected with public transportations in all directions, for example leading to famous places like Friedrichstrasse and Kurfüstendamm, the 2 best shopping boulevards in Berlin. The metro station Leopoldplatz is served by the line U6, connected with the city-east, and the metro station Amrumer Straße is served by the line U9, connected with the city-west (Zoologischer Garten area). The trams 50 and M13 lead straight to hype districts of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, for example the area next to Wahrschauerstrasse is the best spot to hang out at night.

The all-inclusive rent amounts to 900,- € per month and includes agency costs, water, heating and flatrate internet. The final cleaning costs 70,-€.The security deposit is 1200,- € The minimum stay is 6 months, an extension of the stay is always possible.
