Lovely, bright two bedroom appartment (one room doesn´t have a bed since it´s used as a study), tastefully decorated in mid-century style and recently renovated. Wooden floors, plastered walls, old wooden window frames, wood burner.
Enjoy staying in a typical Gründerzeit building - with a modern floor plan: Spacious living room with a working woodburner opens into an American kitchen, fully staffed with freezer, dishwasher and a modern oven for gas cooking. The small bedroom includes a double bed and a built-in closet, the small bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. Since the apartment is located in the fourth floor of a back yard building, the place is very brightly lit yet quiet.
It ist located in Berlin´s up and coming yet diverse district of Wedding - very close to artists´ galleries on Gerichtstraße and the running path on Panke. Walking distance to Ringbahn Wedding and UBahn 6 Reinickendorfer Str. and S-Bahn Humboldthain. 10 Minutes to S-Bahn Friedrichstraße.

Enjoy a walk along the river "Panke" just outside the appartment, visit cool bars around "Gerichtsstraße" - or just walk or take the train (10-15 minutes) to visit Berlin´s main attractions: Mauer-Gedenkstätte, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstraße, Mauerpark Trödel...
The place is located in walking distance to three public transport lines: U 6 Reinickendorfer Str., Ringbahn Wedding and S-Bahnhof Humboldthain.
