We invite you to come to our flat in Müllerstraße 80 13349 Berlin(Bell/Klingel: Khan, Frasch etc) on
!!Monday July 24th from 15-22 o'clock!!
to have an overview of how the apartment looks like.
Please note to only come by if you are willing to take over the flat as it is now(walls white but not newly painted and Laminat floor in 3 areas), also we want to leave the refrigerator, three kitchen closets and the washing machine (total price 250€).
Please bring your whole application with you that includes the application form of the landlord company Gesobau and the other basic documents, so we can forward them to the landlord.
Your renting contract would start September 1st, but we would give you the keys in August already in exchange for you taking the flat over exactly how it looks now, which be sure is a good but not newly renovated condition.
