We are looking for a trustworthy responsible person to rent our wonderful flat in Wedding. Rental period: 6 months (With possibilities to prolong up to one year).
We, are a couple, two musicians, who will go to Stockholm to work during some months to arrange things before we (definitely) move back to Berlin.
We are vegetarians, no smokers, so we are looking for people that feel that it would be ok to respect this in the apartment.
The flat is today without internet. But you are free to use our mobile router if you buy a SIM card to it.

Super-nice apartment in a freshly renovated factory-house between U8 Osloer Straße and U9 Nauener Platz with open view to a backyard park.
2 bed/working rooms + 1 Wohnküche (Open kitchen).
150 m to Ufer Studio area and 250 m to Malplaquet-Kiez that have a lot of nice cafe´s and bars.
By train / tram:
18 min to Prenzlauer, Mauerpark.
15 min to Mitte
24 min to Kreuzberg.
The apartment is ideally for a couple or family. Very green with a lot of parks, water and close to everything you need.
LOCATION
150m to Ufer Studio area and 250m to Malplaquet-Kiez that have several nice cafes and bars.
By train / tram:
18 min to Prenzlauer, Mauerpark, 15 min to Mitte,
24 min to Kreuzberg.
There is a lot of stores and Turkish shops around this area with great selections of all kind of vegetables, fruits, foods and herbs and a Bio-company at Müllerstraße.
200 meter to Panke kanal.
A lot of parks around like Volkspark Humboldthain with a "sommerbad" and Shillerpark.
3km to the lake Plötzensee with a big beach and a huge park.
