Me and my daughter are away for summer holiday and would be happy to rent our lovely apartment from the 1st to the 9th of August.
There are two rooms - a walkthrough living room, a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom with shower, a comfy kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is cosy and fully furnished, there is a washing machine, I am happy to leave an empty wardrobe so you can feel like home.
Although spacious (around 60 sq. m), it's not the best option for WG because of the walk through room, but it's perfect for a couple, a three-people family, a single person or really close friends.
5 min away there is an U-bahn station, 10 min away - two S-bahn stations, buses stop very close by.
At our quiet street there is a small Super market where you can buy all the eatable goods, a walking distance away there are plenty of Turkish food shops, food market, Karstadt shopping center.
Next to the house we have a big playground, the canal is right beside as well. And only half an hour walk to the lake and park, just perfect in the summer!
Our house is in a quite and homey street, yet very central and just by the S-bahn Ring. It is perfect for a holiday in Berlin, a Zwischenmiete or for the first weeks after moving to the city and looking for a steady place. We will be very happy to find someone who is friendly trustable and hopefully willing to water the flowers during the stay :)
