Ground floor neewly renovated apartment facing the inner courtyard. 712 EUR cold this includes water and gas but not electricity ( we pay around 76eur for that)
We are looking to take the place from the 28th dec - 1st jan
The apartment was renovated about one year ago, it has one bedroom connected to a livingroom, with straight access to the main door ( no hallway), this layout makes the apartment look bigger. It comes with a big private cellar that is straight underneath (approx. 50m2).
The apartment is somewhat dark but it is compensated by very good lightning, it has electrical blinds and direct access to the courtyard which has a huge beautiful tree and a mural.
We would like to leave the kitchen which includes: shelves and cupboards, fridge, oven, washmachine ( the cooktop and sink belong to the landlord) - we would like to get 500 EUR back for this and you get free curtains (curtesy of us)
The neighbours are young people, everyone is quite nice and relaxed, the apartment is closed to Ubahn 6 seestrasse around 2 minutes by walk and around 12mins to U6 /U9 Leopoldsplatz.
Here you have every supermarket and other stores close by, loads of turkishmarkets, bakeries and restaurants. close to the Sprengelkiez area where you have really nice restaurants and bars.
The apartment can be either rented for a time frame or unlimited, however it comes unfurnished and we prefer if it was for long term and you could take our contract. and only couples or singles are allowed by our landlord, there is a possibility to negotiate to have pets, you just have to ask the landlord ( but if you pet is chill and not a barking or scratching demon you should be alright).
