Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel und nach Rücksprache auch zum 01.05. möglich.
Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und nach Rücksprache kann die Mietdauer ggf. verlängert werden.

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich, sehr ruhig und teil-möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist geeignet für 1 bis 2 Personen (+Kleinkind).

Ich gebe die Wohnung zur Untermiete frei, da ich selbst ganz spontan die Möglichkeit bekommen habe, in meine Wunschgegend zu ziehen und deswegen noch eine Restlaufzeit meines Mietvertrages habe.

Es sind die wichtigsten Möbelstücke vorhanden: Bett, Sofa, Regale, Esstisch, Schreibtisch, Stühle, Bänke, etc. Bei Bedarf kann ein zweites Bett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Es gibt eine Küche mit Waschmaschine.

The owner is very nice and after consultation the rental period can be extended if necessary.

The 3-room apartment is bright, cozy, very quiet and partly furnished.
The apartment is suitable for 1 to 2 persons (+ small child).

I am subletting the apartment as I have spontaneously been given the opportunity to move to my favorite district and therefore have a notice period of 2.5 months.

The most important pieces of furniture are available: Bed, sofa, shelves, dining table, desk, chairs, benches, etc. A second bed can be provided if required. There is a kitchen with washing machine.
