Casa Pistorius: so heißt das Apartment (Casa) des deutsch-italienischen Besitzers im Herzen von Berlin, genauer gesagt im nord-östlichen Prenzlauer Berg/Weissensee am Mirbachplatz. 
Casa Pistorius befindet sich im 3.Stock eines typischen Berliner Wohnhauses aus der Gründerzeit mit begrüntem Hinterhof. Das lichtdurchflutete, 60m2 große Apartment im Vorderhaus blickt auf den Mirbachplatz mit Restaurants und Kneipen. Das im Jahr 2013 voll renovierte Apartment verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Dielenboden und Schafsofa für 2, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Duschbad. Eine Fahrradvermietung (9-10 Euro pro Tag) befindet sich gegenüber von Casa Pistorius. 
Das Kiez Mirbachplatz rund um Casa Pistorius ist noch sehr authentisch, bodenständig und von keiner Gentrification betroffen, was sich nicht zuletzt in den zivilien Preisen niederschlägt. 
Die Verkehrsanbindung zu Casa Pistorius ist ideal: 150 m entfernt die Straßenbahnlinie M4 (Haltestelle Antonplatz), mit der man im Handumdrehen am Alexanderplatz ist mit Endstation Hackescher Markt in Berlin-Mitte. Ebenso nah: die S-Bahn Station Greifswalder Straße mit Direktverbindung zum Flughafen Schönefeld und mit 1x Umsteigen zum Flughafen Tegel, der in 20 Minuten erreichbar ist.

Casa Pistorius is located in at the beginning of the last century built classical Berlin condo with a backyard. The sunny, 60m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the main house and overlooks from huge windows the nicely Mirbachplatz with typical restaurants. The tastefully furnished and recently completely refurbished apartment consists of a sleeping rooms with a double bed and a living room with a large sofabed for two persons. The  fully equipped kitchen with a dining table has a washing machine. A bicycle hire service (9-10 euros per day) is located just across the street from Casa Pistorius. A must by foot or bike: the lovely park and lake Weissensee with Strandbad Weissensee and Copacabana feeling.
The neighborhood, in German called Kiez, around Casa Pistorius is still very authentic, down to earth and not affected by any gentrification, which is reflected in low prices of everyday life. 
The transport links to Casa Pistorius are  ideal: only 150 meters away the M4 tram to reach in no time Alexanderplatz and the terminus, Hackescher Markt in Berlin -Mitte.  The next S-Bahn station is Greifswalderstraße with direct connections to Schönefeld Airport and to Tegel Airport, which can be reached within 20 minutes.

Casa Pistorius si trova al 3° piano di un tipico edificio residenziale di Berlino Il luminoso appartamento di 60m2 si affaccia sul Mirbachplatz con ristoranti e pub. Completamente ristrutturato nel 2013 l' appartamento dispone di un soggiorno con pavimento in legno e divano letto per 2, una camera con letto matrimoniale, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice e un bagno con doccia. Un noleggio biciclette (9-10 euro al giorno) è situato lungo la strada di Casa Pistorius. 
Il quartiere intorno Mirbachplatz è ancora molto autentico,  e non influenzata da alcuna gentrification.
 I collegamenti di trasporto per Casa Pistorius sono ideali: a 150 metri il tram M4 (fermata Antonplatz), con cui si raggiunge Alexanderplatz e e Hackescher Markt a  Berlin-Mitte. Inoltre: la stazione della S-Bahn di Greifswalderstrasse con collegamenti diretti per l'aeroporto di Schönefeld e per l'aeroporto di Tegel, che può essere raggiunto in 20 minuti.
