1 Bedroom Apartment for rent in quiet area with garden - 34 nights - €520

My name is Em.

I am going to the south of Germany for just over a month and looking to rent my furnished but simple one bedroom apartment in Berlin Weissensee from the 19th September until the 22nd October (34 nights) to a quiet, trustworthy non smoker.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a lovely bath, huge kitchen and small back garden that is shared with the other tenants. It's a 5 min walk to the M4/M13/M12 trams which will take you to Alexanderplatz in 15 min, the heart of Prenzlauerberg in 12 min as well as Mitte and Warschauerstrasse S bahn easily. You can also connect to the S-bahn in 10 min by tram and there are buses nearby going to other locations. There are loads of supermarkets just 5 min away including Aldi, Denns, BioCompany, Edeka and more. If you like nature, there is a lovely big park and lake a 10 min walk away and we have another huge park in the other direction which is surrounded by sweet allotment gardens and a beer garden. Basically this is a lovely, family orientated area so if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay, this might suit you.

One thing to note: Right now I don't have proper internet so can only give you a dongle with a couple of GB of internet on it to use so you would need to add more if you need it but hopefully you have a phone plan or something that might work. Also, this apartment isn't suitable for anyone wanting to sign on.

Again I must restate that this apartment would best suit a quiet, mature non smoking person or couple and isn't suitable for parties or loud music as it's a small building in a residential area. You can however smoke outside in the garden or out the front, just not inside.

The price is €520 warm for 34 nights + €100 damage deposit which you would get back when I return and you give back the keys. I have reduced the rent a little as I am searching for someone with basic plant knowledge to also water/take care of my plants while away. That should only take you 5-10 min per day. I am vegan and growing a little of my own food so you would be welcome to eat some of the greens, just leave me some for when I return. :) I can send photos of the apartment on request.
