We have a toddler and he has some toys and furniture around but if you don't need it we will storage as much of them.
The apartment is within 2 min walking distance to the lake Weissensee, 1min to the bus stop (bus 158/255) And 7 min away from the tram 12/M13 .
Rent is €1500 a month (all incl. Internet too) and a deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
