The apartment has almost everything one needs: starting from cutlery ending with 43" Samsung Smart TV. You also receive an access to a personal underground car parking lot with a remotely controllable entrance gate.

All running costs incl. electricity and gas are included in the rent. You only should arrange your own internet access - the flat has good 4G reception and of course DSL connection available.
