Hey hey, future landlords and neighbors! ✨

We hope you’re doing amazing! 🙌 We’re Mauricio (28, 🇦🇷 Argentinian) and José (29, 🇨🇱 Chilean), two adventure-loving souls who’ve already checked off living in France, Ireland, and Denmark. But guess what? We both ended up in Berlin a year ago and BAM – fate made us friends in this wild city! 💥

We’ve survived the Berlin search struggle together (rooms, jobs, friends, life in general 😅), explored the city's nightlife, nature, and more. We live in a WG at the moment with people that don’t really want to share life with us 🤷🏾‍♂️ So, we’re ready to take on the next chapter together and we're looking for a flat with two rooms in the ring to move in by March 1st. 2025🎉

Now, a little about us as tenants: we’re the kind of people who treat every space like it’s our own home. 🏡 We’re super mindful of our place – no broken furniture, no loud parties, and definitely no annoying neighbors. 🤫 We keep things clean, cozy, and make sure to always be respectful of the space and those around us. We’re the quiet, considerate type who value peace and harmony in a building! 🌿

Here’s a bit more about us:

• Mauricio: From Buenos Aires, studied tourism and yes worked at Disneyland Paris (sounds magical, right? But trust us, it was just another unhealthy job 😜). In Berlin, I’m bartending both at a restaurant and a nightclub – so yeah, still on the "unhealthy job" grind 😂. I love gymnastics, cooking, creating cocktails 🍹, attending drag shows 💃, shopping for cool outfits 👗, and I’m always snapping pics 📸.

• José: from Santiago de Chile with a degree in economics. I’ve lived in Dublin and Copenhagen, where I worked as kitchen staff 🍴 (so I know my way around a good meal!). In Berlin, I’m the ultimate multitasker at a hotel! 🏨 From guest services to event planning, I do it all… 😉🙌. I’m all about being outside, meeting interesting people, hitting the gym, discovering new brunch spots ☕️🥞, and vibing to sentimental music while sipping wine at home 🍷.
