Suche Wohnung in Berlin und biete Wohnung in Frankfurt am Main (1.5.-31.10.) / Searching for flat in Berlin (May-Ost) and offer flat in FFM

Hallo zusammen,

ich starte ab 1.5. einen neuen Job in Berlin und muss dafür für 6 Monate aus Frankfurt am Main in die Hauptstadt ziehen. Dafür suche ich eine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete und biete bei Interesse meine aktuelle Wohnung in FFM zum Tausch an.

Ich bin eine sehr saubere, verantwortungsvolle und sorgfältige Person, d.h. man kann mir absolut vertrauen, dass ich mit der Wohnung sehr gut umgehen werde - zumal ich mir ja das gleiche für meine Wohnung in FFM wünsche.

Mein neues Büro liegt in Berlin Mitte und da ich sehr gerne in der Sommerzeit zur Arbeit und von der Arbeit nach Hause laufen möchte, suche ich eine Wohnung in der Nähe - also Berlin Mitte, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg oder Charlottenburg.
Leider bin ich was den Zeitraum anbelangt nicht allzu flexibel. Aber ich wäre bereit, die Miete zu Mitte April zu starten und ggf ein wenig auszuweiten.

Zu meiner Wohnung in FFM: sie liegt im Szeneviertel Nordend mit zig Cafés, Restaurants und Shops in direkter Nähe, und ist sehr gut an die U-Bahn (U5) sowie Trams und Busse angebunden, aber auch fußläufig erreicht man das Stadtzentrum sehr schnell (FFM ist aber auch bei Weitem kleiner als Berlin). Sie ist 62qm groß, hat 2 Zimmer, ein Tageslichtbad, einen Balkon und - das beste meiner Meinung nach - eine Abstellkammer mit eingebautem Regalsystem!
Ich würde sie voll möbliert und ausgestattet untervermieten - und lege daher wie gesagt großen Wert auf einen sorgfältigen Umgang :) Haustiere sind leider keine erlaubt. Fotos anbei.

I'm starting a new job in Berlin on May 1st and have to move from Frankfurt am Main to Germany's capital for 6 months. I'm looking for an apartment to sublet and I'm offering my current apartment in FFM for exchange if you're interested.

I'm a very clean, responsible and careful person, which means you can absolutely trust me to take good care of the apartment - especially since I want the same for my apartment in FFM.

My new office is in Berlin Mitte and since I really want to walk to and from work in the summer, I'm looking for an apartment nearby - so Berlin Mitte, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg or Charlottenburg.

Unfortunately, I'm not very flexible when it comes to the time period. But I would be willing to start renting in mid-April and possibly extend it a little bit.

About my apartment in FFM: it is in the trendy Nordend district with tons of cafes, restaurants and shops around, and is very well connected to the subway (U5), trams and buses, but you can also reach the city center very quickly by foot (but FFM is also much smaller than Berlin). It is 62 square meters, has 2 rooms, a daylight bathroom, a balcony and - the best thing in my opinion - a storage room with a built-in shelving system!
I would sublet it fully furnished and equipped - and therefore, as said, would appreciate a careful handling :) Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Photos attached.
