Married couple looking for a short-term flat from mid/end of April // Verheiratetes Paar sucht Zwischenmiete ab Mitte/Ende April

Hello,

our names are Saskia and Nikhil, we are a married couple looking for an apartment in Berlin on a short-term basis for a period of at least 4-6 months starting mid to end of April 2025.

We currently live in Friedrichshain, and the reason we are moving out is because our flat just recently got bought by a new landlord and she will like to move in herself.
We are looking for a furnished apartment that is about 50-70 m2 and gets a lot of light.

A little about us:

We are in our mid to late 30s. Nikhil (from India) is a medical Doctor working at a hospital in Berlin and Saskia (from Germany) is a project manager in a non-profit organization which is involved in social development projects in Germany. We both like to go hiking, bike riding, we like photography as well as cooking. We are both non-smokers and considerate people looking for a quiet and cozy apartment where we can feel at home. Wir, Saskia and Nikhil, sind ein verheiratetes Paar und wohnen aktuell in Friedrichshain. Nachdem unsere Wohnung verkauft wurde und die neue Eigentümerin Eigenbedarf angemeldet hat, suchen wir jetzt eine neue Bleibe in Berlin für eine Übergangszeit von mindestens 4-6 Monaten ab Mitte/Ende April 2025. Wir suchen eine ruhige, helle Wohnung mit ca. 50-60 m2.

Wir sind Mitte bzw. Ende dreißig, Nikhil (aus Indien) ist Arzt und arbeitet in einem Krankenhaus in Berlin. Saskia (aus Deutschland) arbeitet als Projektmanagerin bei einer gemeinnützigen Stiftung an Stadtentwicklungs- und Bildungsprojekten. Wir lieben Wandern, Radfahren, Fotografie und Kochen. Wir sind beide Nichtraucher und rücksichtsvolle Menschen, die eine ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung suchen, wo wir uns zu Hause fühlen können.
