Couple new in Berlin looking for a 2-bedroom apartment.

Wir sind Jose und Anne. I (Jose) come from Spain and moved to Berlin a couple weeks ago to work as an aerospace engineer in an American satellite company. I have a fixed contract and work operating the satellites of the company.

My fiance Anne specializes in mental health and also has experience with kids and teaching languages. She is American and will move to Berlin from Texas next month. We got engaged just a couple months ago and will be getting married at the end of this year :)

We're a very easy-going and friendly couple. We love doing sports, going to the park, watching movies and especially traveling. We plan on doing many weekend trips across Europe. We're also very responsible and want to find a nice cozy apartment that we can take care of and make our home in Germany.

We're looking for a 2-bedroom apartment where we can use one as a living room and one as a bedroom. Ideally it would have a balcony/terrace and it would be furnished, but it's not necessary. Our maximum total rent (including utilities) is around 1,200 euros a month, and our favorite neighborhoods are Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Moabit, Tiergarten, Kreuzberg and Friedrichschain.
