The flat is equipped with a brand new kitchen and stocked with everything you would need to make your favorite meal. Included in the kitchen are an induction stove, electric oven, dishwasher, juicer, blender, etc.
Our living room has an echo-dot speaker that connects to our projector to have your very own in-home theatre. Included in the living room is a dining room table that can seat 6 and a couch that can convert into a bed. Also included is the ideal home-office set up including 2 monitors, a stand-up desk, and an office chair. Attached to the living room is our huge balcony that gets tons of afternoon sun.
Our bedroom has a 180x200cm bed, closet, and home-office setup complete with a stand-up desk, office chair, and monitor.
The bathroom is spacious and includes a washing machine and rain shower. More photos are available upon request.
The flat is located close to all the happenings in Friedrichshain. Within 2 minutes you can walk to plenty of restaurants and bars that serve great cocktails, beer, wine, and every style of food you can think of. Within 8 minute walk, you can reach Boxhagener Platz. On Saturdays, there is an open food market and Sundays is a Flohmarkt where you can find lovely antiques and cool, second-hand clothes.
Within a 6 minute walk, you can reach Ostkreuz, which is a main S-Bahn station which can quickly take you anywhere through Berlin. Within minutes you can reach TreptowerPark which is a beautiful, large park along the spree and has food and drinks stands open year-round. Additionally, there is connections to Trams M21, M13, & M16.

The ideal candidate would be a couple or single person who is respectful towards neighbors and does not throw a party in the flat. Pets are welcome as we also have a dog (who will be a sitter while we are away). Please note we have quite a few common household plants that will need to be watered once a week.
