I'm abroad for a short time and would like to leave my cozy apartment, fully equipped, in trustworthy hands. Prefer a couple or a small family with children.
It is a bright apartment on the 5th floor with 2 Bedrooms. The apartment is in the backyard and is very quiet, large windows and very bright. It is lovingly furnished and is fully equipped:
- Bathroom: washroom
- Kitchen: simple kitchen including a refrigerator and a freezer, stove with oven. In addition, the usual little things: dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a 1.40m x 2.00 bed
- Bedroom 2: a loft bed.
- Living area: a large sofa with piano
- Vacuum cleaner, etc. is also on site
Location & connection:
- In a maximum of 3 minutes - 5 minutes on foot you will find everything you need: Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Bio Markt, Post office, Cafes, bars and restaurants, hairdresser, dry cleaners, Spätis, ATM, etc.
- 3 minutes walk to Sbahn S41,42, S8, S85, S2, Strassenbahn Tram M10, M5, M6, M8
- 5 minutes walk to Volkpark in Friedrichshain, Volkpark in Prenlauer Berg.
The move-in, out dates are flexible.
