Cozy apartment at Ernst-reuter-platz

subrenting my cozy apartment preferably to females.
The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood, for a rental period of maximum 16 months (one year and 4 month).
2 minutes walk from Ubahn station Ernst Reuter platz, the apartment is within 15 minutes walk from Tiergarten, as well as Kudamm, zoologicher Garten and savigny platz.
Supermarkets such as Penny, Denns, Lidl and Edeka are in easy to access and reachable by foot.
The apartment is fully equipped, meaning dishwasher, washingmachine, a Bed sofa, a bed and a huge closet is available for your clothes. The kitchen has everything one might need for cooking, including a stove and an oven, kitchen equipments and shelves for your food.
The apartment is on the 6th floor and the building has theoretically an elevator, however due to an electricity insident it is out of order since a few weeks and is promised to be fixed within upcoming weeks.
I am really clean and take good care of my apartment, so I would like to rent it to someone who is also responsible for the equipment that has been provided as well as being respectful to the neighbors.
I will for sure provide a contract for you, however an Anmeldung will be possible.
