Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, ist hell und hat einen schönen weiten Blick nach Osten aus der Wohnküche. Es gibt ein grosses Schlafzimmer circa 22 m2 mit einem Fenster zum offnen Innenhof und Fenstern nach Westen. Es ist morgens hell in der Wohnung, die Sonne scheint rein. Es gibt aber auch Thermorollos um das Schlafzimmer abzudunkeln. Es gibt ein Kingsize Bett (1,80 breit) mit einer hochwertigen Matratze ( H2) und ein Kinderbettchen. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich gross und hat eine Badewanne, Waschmaschiene und Handtücher jeder Größe. Die grosse Wohnküche mit einer Einbauküche hat circa 40 m2, ist vollständig ausgerüstet und hat Fenster nach Osten und Westen. Es gibt ein XXL Exksofa wo man grosszügig drauf schlafen kann (Liegefläche 1x2 m2). Ein ausziehbarer Ess-und Arbeitstisch ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der kleine Flur bietet Platz für Jacken, Schuhen und Taschen.
Während der Nacht ist die Wohnung sehr leise, man hört die Nachbarn nicht und kann in Ruhe schlafen. Tagsüber dringen die Geräusche aus der Schule und dem Sportplatz rein, was mich nicht stört, da es lebendige Geräusche sind. Die Fenster schliessen gut und lassen Lärm und wenig durch. Es gibt Fenster zu beiden Seiten, sodass es nie zu heiss wird und man Durchzug machen kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im lebendigen Prenzlauerberg nahe Humannplatz und bietet viele Möglichkeiten auswärts zu essen , Kaffee zu trinken und in kleinen Lädchen zu shoppen.
Eine offizielle Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Die zentrale Lage und super Anbindung durch die Ringbahn, U2 und deverse Tram bietet den optimalen Anschluss nach Mitte, Fridrichshain und Wedding.

The flat is located on the 4th floor, is bright and has a nice wide view to the east from the kitchen-living room. There is a large bedroom of about 22 m2 with a window to the open courtyard and windows to the west. It is bright in the flat in the morning, the sun shines in. There are also thermal blinds to darken the bedroom. There is a king size bed (1.80 wide) with a high quality mattress (H2). Childbed attached to the big bed.
The bathroom is quite large and has a bath, washing machine and towels of all sizes. The large kitchen-living room with a fitted kitchen has about 40 m2, is fully equipped and has windows facing east and west. There is an XXL sofa bed where you can sleep on (1x2 m2). There is also an extendable dining and working table.
The small hallway offers space for jackets, shoes and bags.
During the night, the flat is very quiet, you can't hear the neighbours and you can sleep in peace. During the day, the sounds from the school and the sports field come in, which doesn't bother me because they are living sounds. The windows close well and let noise and little through. There are windows on both sides, so it never gets too hot and you can have a draught.
The flat is located in the neighborhood of Prenzlauerberg near Helmholtzplatz, Humannplatz. Its a lively neighborhood with lots of cafe, bars and restaurants. The public transport is optimal with the U2, Ringbahn and Tram 2 und 12 directly in front of the door ( 20 min to Alexanderplatz, 30 min to Hauptbahnhof, 10 min to Mauerpark, 35 min to Kreuzberg).
