Lovely and bright 2-room apartment in Scandinavian neighbourhood, Prenzlauer Berg

Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung (für Singles - only Girls! / Couple - nicht WG-geeignet) mit Morgensonne ist super hell und liegt im Vorderhaus (4.OG). Man blickt Richtung Dänenstraße raus und fast bis zur Kohlenquelle über die Gleise hinweg. Sie ist geräumig, im "Scandifornia" Style eingerichtet und gemütlich - sie hat alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht - inkl. einem tollem Bad mit Badewanne. Wifi gibt es auch.
Ich fühle mich hier pudelwohl und fast wie in Nørrebro, Kopenhagen oder Kreuzberg/ Neukölln von vor 10 Jahren als es noch nicht so überlaufen war. So sind auch die Leute im Kiez - super nice inkl. der guten Hipster-Cafés und Orte ums Eck.

Ich habe die Wohnung erst im März 2020 bezogen. Dementsprechend ist alles auch sehr neu bzw. noch neu hinzu gekommen: Einbauküche, Wohnzimmer- mit Essbereich und ein separates Schlafzimmer lassen Dich sehr schnell Zuhause fühlen. Die Möbel sind hochwertig. Wasch- und Spülmaschine können gerne mitbenutzt werden.

Da ich meine Pflanzen gerne mag und natürlich meine Wohnung, sollte der Untermieter gerne ein Auge darauf haben und darauf achten, dass es schön bleibt und es den Pflanzen gut geht. Meine Nachbarn sind auch alle super.

Falls in meiner Abwesenheit sein sollte, meine Familie/ Freunde sind ums Eck und können euch bei Fragen und Co. helfen.
Die Miete für gesamten Zeitraum liegt bei: 1060,00 €/ month all in.

Parties, Haustiere und Rauchen sind nicht gestattet.

My cozy and spacious 2-room apartment (for single person or couple, not suitable as shared flat) is super bright with morning sun and on the 4th floor in the front building overlooking Dänenstraße towards almost Kohlenquelle on other side of the train track. I love my place and neighbourhood, its space, little coffee gems and people. It reminds me of Nørrebro, Copenhagen or Neukölln/ Kreuzberg ten years ago, before it was too over-crowed. Train (Schönhauser Allee) is just around the corner. My direct neighbours in the house are great too.

The living room also overs a huge dining-/ work table. Since I only moved here in March 2020 everything as furniture, kitchen and electronics are new. You can of course also use dish washer and laundromat.

Since I like my place and its plants, I’m happy, if the person living taking over the apartment while I'm abroad, can handle it with care and keeping an eye on my green friends too.

I have friends and family around - so if there's anything or question, you've someone around to reach out to.
