Sunny 2-room fully equipped in Schillerkiez (dates flexible)

Hi there! We're renting our cosy and sunny 73 sqm flat in the heart of Neukolln for a few months. Anmeldung NOT possible. We love our flat but will be out of the country during the winter, so we're hoping to find someone to take care of it like it's their home. Your pet is also more than welcome!

Dates are flexible.

€1700 per month with internet, gas, and electricity, all included (less than what we pay.) One month deposit. No anmeldung possible, sorry.

Our living room is very cosy and quite large, with a small french balcony, sofa-bed, tv and a big table where we usually work from. The bedroom has a second desk with more privacy and plenty of space for your things. The flat was recently fully renovated, so the kitchen is brand new and has everything you might need to cook, from pressure cooker to pasta maker – including a dishwasher and gas stove. Washer/dryer in bathroom. It's on the 4th floor (no elevator), south facing and with high ceilings, so when we say 'sunny' we really mean it!

We're 5min to Tempelhofer Feld and there are tons of cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants just around the corner. 2 min to U8 Leinestraße, 3min to U8 Boddinstr, 10min to Hasenheide park. You can reach anywhere in Berlin in ~30min max.

Ideally, we would love to host someone who can give some love to our plants while we're away, and that is interested to stay here during the whole period we’re away (but that’s negotiable)

Hallo! Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche und sonnige 73 qm große Wohnung im Herzen von Neukölln für ein paar Monate. Wir lieben unsere Wohnung, werden aber für ein paar Monate außer Landes sein, deshalb hoffen wir, jemanden zu finden, der sich um die Wohnung kümmert, als wäre es sein eigenes Zuhause. Ihr Haustier ist auch mehr als willkommen! <3

Unser Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich groß und hat einen kleinen französischen Balkon, ein Schlafsofa, einen Fernseher und einen großen Tisch, an dem wir normalerweise arbeiten. Das Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich, mit einem zweiten Schreibtisch und mit viel Platz für Ihre eigenen Sachen. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert, die Küche ist also brandneu und hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, vom Schnellkochtopf bis zur Nudelmaschine - inklusive Geschirrspüler und Gasherd. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Bad. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (kein Aufzug), ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat hohe Decken - wenn wir also sagen "hell", dann meinen wir das auch wirklich!

Wir befinden uns im Schillerkiez in Neukölln, und es gibt viele Cafes, Bars, Clubs und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. 2 min zur U8 Leinestraße, 5 min zum Tempelhofer Feld, 10 min zur Hasenheide.

Idealerweise würden wir gerne jemanden aufnehmen, der sich um unsere Pflanzen kümmert, während wir weg sind.
