Beautiful, centrally located apartment short term

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung unter, während ich im Urlaub bin. Die daten sind zwischen dem 13.05 und 17.05
1. Stock in Friedrichshain, super angebunden- 4min fußläufig zur S+U Frankfurter Allee in Verkehrsberuhigtem Bereich.
Echtholzparkett, Fußbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung, Badewanne und riesigem Balkon.
Da es sich lediglich un eine Untervermietung für eine Woche handelt würde ich gerne ein pasr Dinge im Vorhinein klarstellen: Ich wünsche mir für die Zeit eine/n verantwortungsvolle/n, ordentliche/n Untermieter/in. Niemanden der vor hat hier eine Party zu feiern oder super viele Leute einzuladen. Am liebsten eine einzelne Person oder ein Pärchen. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht, auf dem Balkon ok.
Der Gebäudekomplex ist sehr familiär und die meisten meiner Nachbarn haben kleine Kinder, weshalb ich Wert auf die Einhaltung der Nachtruhe lege.
Außerdem werden einige persönliche sachen von mir in der Wohnung sein, ich werde allerdings sicherstellen, dass du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast.
Wenn all das für dich in Ordnung klingt, freue ich mich sehr dir meine Wohnung für eine Woche anzuvertrauen. Sollten irgendwelche Fragen offen geblieben sein schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht. :)

I‘m subletting my beautiful apartment directly located to the s+ u frankfurter allee in a quiet and beautiful street.
Im away between 13th may and 17th may 24.
The area is really hip and perfect to experience berlin if you’re here as a visitor. You have many beautiful cafés, shops and cultural offerings around. Also the apartment is very centrally located and you’re very well connected to the rest of the city through public transportation.
The apartment itself is offering a lot of comfort and is very quiet, so you won’t notice any of the busyness of the city. Its a great place to work or just relax. It also has a big balcony, a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen you’re welcome to use.
There will be personal belongings of mine in the apartment but i‘ll make sure to make room for your stuff.
As I’m just subletting the apartment while im away for a week, I’d like to clarify a few thing beforehand; I’d prefer someone really responsible and tidy who’s not attempting to throw a party in here or invite many people over etc. Preferably a single person or a couple. The neighbors here a really nice but most of them are family’s with little kids so it would also be nice if one could refrain from playing loud music etc after 10pm.
I‘d also ask to not smoke inside of the apartment, on the balcony it’s fine of course.
