The kitchen, the bathroom, the balcony and a small storage room are used together.
The apartment is a shared one, the rental contract is through the student union (certificate of enrollment necessary!). They replace the previous tenant, with the new tenant in a joint contract. It is therefore NOT necessary to enter the waiting list of the Studierendenwerk.

The apartment is centrally located in Bielefeld, right on the Kesselbrink. The local transport hub on Jahnplatz can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the main train station in 10 minutes. Shops are also not far away.
The total journey to the university by subway takes between 20 and 30 minutes.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, and cabinets. It is washed by hand.
Miscellaneous
Everything else results from the rental agreement with the Studierendenwerk. The total rent per person is €298.60 per month (all-inclusive costs). This includes a flat rate for electricity, water and heating. Internet must be paid separately.
