Sonnige Möbiliert 2-Zimmer Altbau Wohnung

I am moving out of my lovely little Altbau apartment in Viewegs-garten. It is a two-room apartment and has a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The apartment has high ceilings and faces south east which means it also gets plenty of sunlight in the morning in the living room and bedroom. It also opens to a wide inner courtyard space which means the view is unobstructed and there is no noise from the street.

Being an Altbau, the apartment has one particularity in that it has a WC separate from the shower. The shower is in the corner of the kitchen. Shown in the photos behind the mirror. It is somewhat strange at first sight but something that I got used to in a matter of a few days. The window already has curtains installed for privacy. The advantage of this though is that the bedroom and living room are bigger and that the rent is absolutely unbeatable for such a nice apartment.

Since I am moving to another country, I am looking for someone who will take over the kitchen and all the furniture for €900. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven microwave, and washing machine. The rest of the furniture includes sofa, daybed, shelves, chest of drawers, bed, mattress, side table, desk, kitchen table, chairs, and so on (everything that can be seen in the photos).

The building has little garden at the back that can be used by all and the apartment also has its own storage space in the basement. Basement can also be used for storing bikes away from the rain.
