Die Wohung liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Findorff. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, die belebte Hemmstraße ist noch näher dran. Das beliebte "Viertel" erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Gleiches gilt für die Altstadt. Direkt vor der Haustür hält die Linie 27. Etwas weiter weg halten auch die Linien 25 und 26. In der Wohnung hört man nahezu nichts vom Verkehr. Auch vom Spielplatz in der Nähe hört man nichts.
Der große Bürgerpark ist auch sehr nah und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Allgemein liegt die Wohnung in einer schönen Gegend.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Mit Lidl, Aldi und Rewe in der Nähe bekommt man immer, was man braucht.


The apartment is located in a quiet part of Findorff. It takes about 10 minutes by bike to the central station, the lively Hemmstraße is even closer. The popular "Viertel" can be reached by bike within 15 minutes. The same applies to the old town. Bus no. 27 stops right outside the front door, and no. 25 and 26 also stop a little further away. You can hear almost nothing of the traffic in the apartment. You also hear nothing from the playground nearby.
The large Bürgerpark is also very close and easy to reach by foot. In general, the apartment is located in a nice area.
There are plenty of shopping facilities. With Lidl, Aldi and Rewe nearby, you can always get what you need.

Wir haben viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung sowie ein kleines Aquarium und uns ist es wichtig, dass diese in guten Händen landen. Da Aquarium ist zwar nicht viel Aufwand, ich kann es aber auch zu Freunden bringen, wenn ihr die Verantwortung nicht übernehmen möchtet. Auch sonst wollen wir die Wohnung nur in verantwortungsbewusste Hände abegeben, da wir nach dem Ende unserer Reise in unser schönes, gepflegtes Zuhause zurückkehren wollen. Unserer Vermieterin ist dies ebenfalls wichtig, sodass ihr sie ebenfalls kennenlernt.

Wir besitzen eine große Sammlung an Brettspielen, die gerne benutzt werden darf.

Wir vermieten an Einzelpersonen, Paare, WG's und ggf. auch an Familien bis 3 Personen.
Eine Online-Besichtigung ist zwar möglich, wir präferieren aber ein persönliches Kennenlernen. Bei Fragen meldet euch gerne, wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen!

We have many plants in the apartment as well as a small aquarium and it is important to us that they as well as the entire appartment end up in good hands. The aquarium is not much effort, but I can also take it to a friends' place if you don't want to take on the responsibility. We also only want to leave the apartment in responsible hands, as we want to return to our beautiful, well-kept home after our trip. This is also important to our landlady, so you will get to know her too.

We have a large collection of board games which you are welcome to use.

We rent to individuals, couples, shared flats and possibly also to families of up to 3 people.
