Fully functional kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave, small refrigerator and washing machine. 5 minute walk to public transportation, 10 minute walk to train station, 15 minute walk to downtown or university. Apartment is very close to popular Turkish restaurant, Italian pizzeria downstairs within walking distance of grocery stores and fitness studio. Available room has a large shrunk, dresser, desk, leather couch, book shelves and single bed. Ideal renter, would be a non-smoker, not partying during the week or excessively loud on the weekend. Cookware is available for use, however, if the renter eats pork then must do so with their own cookware. Cleaning is done according to schedule, no dirty dishes left overnight. W-Lan connection is available, however, renter cannot use the landline. Renter will sub-rent from existing tenant. Room is available from the beginning of July through the end of September.
