Hi :)
Weil ich plane, für ein Jahr ins Ausland zu gehen, möchte ich hier meine schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Dresdner Neustadt möbliert untervermieten. Momentan wohne ich alleine hier, aber die Wohnung bietet auch genug Platz für ein Paar oder vielleicht auch eine WG.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet: vom Gurkenschäler bis zum Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühltruhe ... ggf. auch Beamer und Musikanlage. Aber das können wir gerne nochmal im Detail besprechen.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus mit einem sehr bequemen Boxspringbett. Hier brauchst du lediglich dein Bettzeug und eine Matratzenauflage und kannst dich wohlfühlen. Alle meine persönlichen Sachen sind dann natürlich weg. Es gibt einen geräumigen Flur mit Garderobe; ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein Büro mit zwei großen Schreibtischen und Drucker/Scanner.
Das Herzstück ist die große Wohnküche mit drei bequemen Sofas, einem Sessel, einem großen Esstisch und drei Fenstern Richtung Sonnenuntergang und Blick über die Stadt. Viel Licht und Zimmerpflanzen sorgen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast, wäre es also top. ;)
Außerdem ist es mir ein respektvollen Umgang wichtig sowie, dass du/ihr ca. 12 Monate die Wohnung untermietet. Aber melde/t dich/euch auch gerne, sollte das nicht ganz der Fall sein. Auch da sollte sich eine Lösung finden.

I'm going abroad for a year and would like to rent my apartment with all my furniture for that time. I currently live here alone, but the apartment is big enough for a couple. It is completely furnished, pots, pans, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum, plates, etc. etc. are all here and can be used. Additionally I have a projector and a stereo that might be part of the deal, depending on the deposit.
There is a big bedroom facing the quiet backyard with a comfy box spring. Just bring your bedding and a mattress cover and feel at home. There is a big hallway and a small office room with two desks and a printer that tends to work. The large bathroom has a shower and a tub just under the window.
The best part is the large living area and kitchen, with some couches, a dining table, lots of plants and light from three windows that offer a view over the city. I'd be happy if some of the survive.
