Da ich leider aufgrund eines Standortwechsels aus meiner schönen Wohnung ausziehen muss, suche ich für meine Wohnung einen Nachmieter!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt: Wenn man reinkommt, befindet man sich in einem relativ großen Flur. Im Wohnzimmer ist genügend Platz und es öffnet sich ein Balkon. Auch das Fenster geht nicht direkt zur Straße, sodass man sich ungestört fühlt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig. Die Küche hat Fenster und ist mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Schränken etc. ausgestattet. Von der Küche aus hat man einen schönen Blick in den Garten, der gerne genutzt werden kann (Grill o.ä.).

Dank guter Isolierung ist die Wohnung im Sommer angenehm kühl und verliert im Winter nicht so schnell an Wärme.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum, in dem Fahrräder und andere Dinge untergestellt werden können. Im Garten gibt es auch einen Platz, um seine Fahrräder sicher abzustellen, da dieser nur mit Schlüssel zugänglich ist.

Ich möchte die Küche, Bett + Matratze, Schrank im Schlafzimmer, Fernsehtisch, Esstisch, Lichtinstallationen für 2500 Euro verkaufen.+ 500 Euro für zusätzliche Kleinmöbel im Zimmer (ein Schreibtisch + Stühle + Badezimmerschränke + Paletten in einem Schrank + Schuhschrank + Couchtisch). Since I unfortunately have to move out of my beautiful apartment due to a change of location, I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment!

The apartment is very well laid out: when you come in, you find yourself in a relatively large hallway. There is enough space in the living room and opens up to a balcony. The window doesn't directly face the street either, so you feel undisturbed. The bed room is very spacious. The bathroom is spacious. The kitchen has windows and is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, cupboards, etc. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the garden, which can be used (barbecue or similar).

Thanks to good insulation, the apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and does not lose heat quickly in winter.

The apartment has a basement room where bikes and other things can be stored. There is also a place to safely park your bikes in the garden, as it is only accessible with a key.
