Guten Tag. The address is 1/0602 Neustaedter Markt, Dresden. My apartment has 3 bedrooms for three persons, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. The apartment is on 6th floor on the top of the building. The traffic is very convenient. Tram No.4, No.8 and No.9 are right in front of the building. It is very clean and very furnished. All the furniture needed is available here.
Now I will rent my sleeping room any time you want. It is about 17 square meter, and there is a double-bed in it. You can rent for 1 month to 20 months without a contract. The other two persons are all Chinese, too. They both speak German very well. They are very nice people. We are all students in TU Dresden. Sorry for that I can not speak German, but now I am working on my German.
