Hallo,
Ich suche eine Nachmieter für meine 60 m2 große, vollmöblierte Zweizimmerwohnung im Herzen der Neustadt.
Die Wohnung ist ab 1. September verfügbar. Sie befindet sich in der Timaeusstraße – zentral in einer ruhigen Ecke in der Neustadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich alles was das Herz begehrt: In fünf Minuten Fußweg sind die Straßenbahnlinien 7, 8 und 13, Rewe, Netto, Denn’s Biomarkt, mehrere Bäckereien, und der Alaunpark zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung aber auch im Grünen und ruhigen, sodass du deine Zeit in der Neustadt ganz nach deinem Belieben genießen kannst. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Esstisch, Herd und Ofen, Tageslichtbad mit Duschwanne und zwei Zimmer. Außerdem kann der Dachboden als Trockenboden genutzt werden. Da ist auch eine Keller zur Nutzung.
Zur Zeit sind meine Möbel noch in der Wohnung, und wir können gerne gemeinsam besprechen, wie wir das zusammen regeln. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine Person oder ein Paar, aber auch gut als 2er-WG nutzbar.

The apartment is available from 1st September. It is situated in a beautiful corner in the Neustadt, the Timaeusstraße. Everything you need is reachable by foot within five minutes: Tram lines 7, 8, and 13: supermarkets (Rewe, Netto, Denn’s Biomarket), several bakeries and lovely restaurants, and also the scenic Alaunpark. At the same time, the apartment lies in a calm and green corner of the Neustadt.
The apartment has a large kitchen with a washing machine, dining table, fridge, hot plates and oven, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two spacious rooms. In addition, the attic can be used to dry clothes. Right now the apartment is fully furnished, with a bed, sofa, chairs, etc. We can discuss if you want to keep the furniture or I sell it. There is also a celler available.
The apartment is great for one person or a couple but can also be used as a WG – in that case, you would have to bring one additional bed for the second room.
