Single-room (studio) apartment/flat available near Technical University (TU-Dresden), Max Planck Institutes down Noethnitzer Strasse, Fraunhofer Institute, and IFW. It is in the Plauen area of south Dresden (Plauenscher Ring 8, Dresden 01187) and would be ready for a lease transfer from the end of June-2020, although mid-June may be negotiable. Plauen is a quiet area, and this apartment specifically has a balcony that looks out to a garden in the back of the building, next to the home of the housekeeper/hausmeister.

I have been living here for ~2 years, and I pay €450 rent total a month, €39.99 for internet via Vodafone, and ~€25 for electricity via Drewag. Internet and electricity contracts are non-transferable, and rent may have increased slightly from the past two years for when a new contract gets drafted with prospective tenant(s).

I will be moving out of Dresden, and thus furnishings (including a washing machine in the bathroom) are all for sale at negotiable prices; see photos for more details. To take over this apartment, prospective tenant will have to submit an application for approval by the owner and housekeeper, who had already confirmed the end of my contract 30-June-2020. There will be a few days at the end of June for contract transfer and for those days, I will cover the rent so that the new tenant can move in.

Pictures for basement storage are not included. Underground parking available for a fee.
