Tolle Wohnung in super Lage:) Maximal 5 Minuten in Richtung Bar. Generell ist man im Herzen des Szeneviertel Neustadt:) Trotzdem kann man ruhig schlafen.
In Richting Elbe und Rosengarten sind es auch cicra 5 Gehminuten:) Auch Cafes und süße Läden sind direkt um die Ecke.

Einkaufen kann man im Rewe, welcher direkt vor der Haustür ist, oder man geht 5 Minuten zum Albertplatz und kann im Simmel zu Edeka, Aldi oder Rossmann. Auch der DM ist gleich vor der Haustür:))

Die 11 fährt momentan nicht, aber direkt vor der Haustür fahren die 6 und die 13. In 5 Minuten Entfernung ist der Alberplatz, hier fahren dann die 8, die 6, die 3, die 7 und die 9:)

Da die Wohnung im 5. Stock ist die gute Nachricht: Es gibt einen Aufzug.

Shopping can be done in the Rewe, which is right outside the front door, or you can walk 5 minutes to Albertplatz and can in the Simmel to Edeka, Aldi or Rossmann. Also the DM is just outside the front door:))

Since the apartment is on the 5th floor the good news: there is an elevator.
