2 Zimmer (mit Bad) in Haus-WG und Garten frei

In unserer WG im schönen 4-Etagen-Einfamilienhaus mit großem Garten, werden zwei Zimmer mit eigenem Flur, Bad und Toilette frei. Die zwei Zimmer sind ca. 20m² und 16m² groß. Für ausreichend Privatsphäre ist gesorgt, da alles auf eigener Etage liegt. Sie bieten direkten Zugang und Blick in den großen Garten durch die breite Fensterfront. Die Zimmer eignen sich sowohl für zwei Personen, als sehr gut mit Kind. Sie sind die ideale Mischung aus eigener, kleiner Wohnung und entspanntem WG Leben.

Die Wohnung bietet WG-Anschluss: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche und das große Wohn- und Esszimmer, welches wir für gelegentliche WG Essen und einen kleinen Plausch zwischendurch nutzen.
Wir sind eine bunt gemixte Truppe von 7 Personen zwischen 27 und 38 Jahren - alle berufstätig.
Immer mal wieder verbringen wir Zeit zusammen im Wohnzimmer und Garten, wir quatschen, kochen, grillen, trinken ein Weinchen, spielen, gucken einen Film und haben das Haus schon ausgiebig für Parties genutzt.
Gleichzeitig sind wir auch alle viel unterwegs und haben wenige feste Termine als WG.

In our shared flat in a beautiful 4-storey semi detached house with a large garden, there are two rooms with their own corridor, bathroom and toilet available. The two rooms are about 20m² and 16m² in size. There is enough privacy, because everything is on its own floor. They offer direct access to and view of our large garden through the wide window front. The rooms are suitable for up to two people, e.g. our current flatmate is living here with her preschool-age child. They are the ideal mixture of your own small apartment and a relaxed communal living.

The rooms are part of the shared flat: On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the large living and dining room, where we often have meals, play games and occasionally also have drinks together.
You's be sharing the common area with the 6 of us, all between 27 and 38 years old and working.
From time to time we spend time together in the living room and garden, we chat, cook, barbecue, drink a little wine, play, watch a movie and have already used the house extensively for parties.
At the same time we are all on the road a lot and have few fixed dates as flatmates.
