Wohnung
2 zimmer je ca. 15 qm, die gesamte Wohnung hat ca. 50 qm, bestehend aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad. Ein Kellerabteil gibt es ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist komplett zum Hinterhof und zur Südseite gelegen, sodass viel Tageslicht reinkommt.

Lage
Die Wohnung ist 7 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von wo aus man in 35 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof in Berlin ist. Mit dem Rad braucht man ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten bis zur Eberswalder Innenstadt oder Stadtcampus und ca. 10 min zum Waldcampus. Zum Kanal läuft man auch ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß. Ein Edeka ist 3 Min. entfernt, ein Lidl ca. 5 Min mit dem Rad.

Nutzung
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für ein Paar, kann aber auch als WG genutzt werden. Ich hätte im Keller noch ein Bett, das ins Wohnzimmer gestellt werden kann. Alternativ lässt sich auch auf der Couch schlafen. In beiden Zimmern steht ein Schreibtisch. Alle Möbel verbleiben in der Wohnung, meine persönlichen Gegenstände würde ich verstauen und für dich/euch Platz machen.

Es wohnen ein paar ältere Menschen im Haus und meine Nachbarn haben zeitweise Frühschicht, daher eignet die Wohnung sich nicht wirklich für Partymäuse.

Flat
The rooms have approx. 15 square metres each. The entire flat has approx. 50 square metres, consisting of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a cellar compartment. The flat is completely facing the backyard and the south side, so that a lot of daylight comes in.

Location
The flat is 7 minutes from the railway station, from where it takes 35 minutes to get to Berlin Central Station. It is also only five minutes by bike to Eberswalde city centre or Stadtcampus and about 10 minutes to Waldcampus. You can also walk to the canal in about 5 minutes. An Edeka supermarket is 3 minutes away, a Lidl about 5 minutes by bike.

Utilisation
The flat is perfect for a couple, but can also be used as a shared flat. I have a bed in the basement that can be moved into the living room. Alternatively, you can also sleep on the couch. There is a desk in both rooms. All furniture will remain in the flat, I would store my personal belongings and make room for you.

There are a few elderly people living in the house and my neighbours sometimes work the early shift, so the flat is not really suitable for party people.
