Große 3-Zimmer Wohnung am Rhein (Mainz)

Wir vermieten unsere möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon für 6 Monate.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter/einer Zwischenmieterin für den Zeitraum September/ Oktober 2022 (je nach Absprache 15.09 oder 01.10.) bis April 2023 (1.4. oder 15.4.).

Die Wohnung ist ca. 80 m2 groß, befindet sich im 4.OG und liegt zwischen der Altstadt und der Neustadt, direkt am Mainzer Schloss in einer verkehrsruhigen Straße. Die Wohnung ist an den Nahverkehr gut angebunden, innerhalb von 10 (Fuß-)Minuten erreicht man den Mainzer HBF oder auch den Bahnhof Mainz-Kastel. Von dort ist man per Zug innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten in Frankfurt (HBF)
Für Pendler*innen ist die Rheinstraße als Hauptverkehrsstraße direkt zu erreichen. Mainz liegt mit dem Auto circa 15 Minuten von Wiesbaden und circa 30 Minuten von Frankfurt entfernt und eignet sich auch für Pendlerinnen und Pendler. Insbesondere Studenten bevorzugen Mainz als Stadt zum Wohnen, da ein familiärer Flair vorhanden ist und jedes Wochenende Events stattfinden.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Bad (inkl. Waschmaschine), einer Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine), einem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Arbeitszimmer (welches ebenfalls als weiteres Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann).
Alle abgebildeten Möbel werden in der Wohnung verbleiben und können genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist hell und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch die Hausgemeinschaft ist freundlich und gemeinschaftlich, besteht aus Familien, WGs und Pärchen. Alle Verträge bleiben über den Zeitraum der Untermiete bestehen (grüner Strom, Internet 100 mBit) und stehen dem Untermieter zur Verfügung.




We rent our furnished 3-room apartment with balcony for 6 months.
We are looking for a tenant for the period September/ October 2022 (depending on the agreement 15.09 or 01.10.) to April 2023 (1.4. or 15.4.).

The apartment is about 80 m2, is located on the 4th floor and is located between the “Altstadt” and the “Neustadt”, right next to the Mainz Castle in a quiet street. The apartment is well connected to local transport, within 10 (walking) minutes you can reach Mainz main station or Mainz-Kastel station. From there you can reach Frankfurt by train within 20-30 minutes.
For commuters, the Rheinstraße is the main road and can be reached directly. Mainz is about 15 minutes by car from Wiesbaden and about 30 minutes from Frankfurt and is also suitable for commuters. Students in particular prefer Mainz as a city to live in, as there is a family flair and events take place every weekend.

The apartment consists of a bathroom (incl. washing machine), a kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a living room with balcony, a bedroom and a study room (which can also be used as another bedroom).
All the furniture will remain in the apartment and can be used. The apartment is bright and in a very good condition. The house community is also friendly and communal, consisting of families, shared flats and couples. All contracts remain in place for the period of the sublease (green electricity, internet 100 mBit) and are available to the subtenant.

In the nearby “Altstadt”/city center you can find the market, cafés or restaurants, shopping, cinema, theater or even clubs. The same applies to the “Neustadt”, there are mainly cafes and bars.
2 Rewemärkte and a Lidl can be reached for daily shopping within 8 minutes.
