I have an apartment available from 01.05.2014. You can use all the furniture for a month. After 01.06.2014 I'll need to sell the furniture and stop my contract with the landlord. IIf you would like to have all the furniture, I can sell it to you and leave the apartment fully furnished. I'll not be in the apartment from 01.05.2014 and my room mate will be moving out 01.05.2014, so the whole 2 bedroom apartment will be at your disposal

It is also possible to rent only one fully-furnished room (18 sq m) for a month from 01.05.2014 until 01.06.2014. The price will be 790 EUR. If you would like to rent the whole apartment (65 sq m), for one month, the price will be 1200 EUR. If you would like to rent the whole apartment long term, the price will be 985 EUR.

It's a fully furnished apartment near the river and walking distance from Willy-Brandt-Platz. The room is offered furnished with a bed, coach, wardrobe, book shelf etc..

There are a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, steamer, blender, a big balcony overlooking the garden from 01.05-01.06.2014.

It's a newly built house with a lift, modern design, a professional management company. There is a bicycle storage in the basement and the parking slot in an underground parking garage available to rent.

I'd like to find as a tenant a young professional, who is looking for a centrally located, fully furnished apartment near the river in a quiet area with many restaurants and bars in the walking distance.
