THE APARTMENT:
There are 4 bedrooms in this apartment. Each room is equipped with a king-sized bed with fine bedding, two bedside tables, a floor lamp, modern art, a chest of drawers, a mirror, a large closet, and a working desk with a corresponding chair. In addition, there is a large elegant kitchen with a big refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are two bathrooms, one with a rain shower and the other one with a bathtub.

DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.

The apartment is located in a very beautiful and well-maintained old building in the middle of the exclusive Frankfurt district Westend Süd. Ideal for young professionals. It is only a few minute walk to Opera Square and only a few meters to Taunusanlage S-Bahn station. More central is hardly possible!
