Please note: Due to restrictions given by my landlord it is only possible for me to let ONE person stay in my apartment, i.e. no couples. Sorry for that.
The apartment is on the third floor of a 7-party house. It has a big bright living room with a 120cm bed which I use as a sofa – this is the bed you will sleep on. There is a big bright bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is also quite big, you will find everything you need: refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, a bar table with chairs and even a sofa.
Of course there is WiFi for you to use. If you have a bike you can store it outside in the courtyard.

The apartment also has a bedroom in which I would but my personal stuff for the time and lock it, i.e. it wont be accessible.
The apartment is in a quiet one-way street in Bockenheim. There are metro stations within a 5min walk from the apartment, the S-Bahn station (Westbahnhof) is a 10-15min walk away. To the airport it is around 30 minutes with metro and S-Bahn.
For your grocery shopping you have a lot of options within a 5-10min walk, there is: Penny, Rewe, bakeries, a butcher shop, Alnatura, small shops selling vegetables and fruits etc. And in case you are too lazy to cook, there are a lot of options to eat out, you can go for: Turkish, Italian, Tapas, Sushi, Burritos, Burger, African, Chinese, French, Indonesian - to name just a few. There is really everything on the main shopping street that you will need – and for anyone who loves shopping: to Zalando Outlet its just a 7min walk 😊!
Just downstairs of my apartment there is a nice little café where you can have coffee, breakfast or a drink and sometimes they organize live music or other events.
If you want to go out, the city center is close by and there are bus stations close to the apartment where the night bus stops in case you plan to come home late.
Oh and for anyone who likes to go for a run, the park (Grüneburgpark) is close by - thats also where I always go for a run, its awesome!
I prefer someone who is interested in renting the apartment for the whole renting period. I expect you to be careful with my apartment and furniture as well as a reliable and clean person. I would ask you to care for my plants as long as you stay in my apartment, if that is alright with you.
I dont know my exact travel dates yet, so the apartment might be available even earlier than 15.4. We can discuss details over the phone.
