We offer for renting a beautiful and bright 2-room 62qm apartment of a complete sanified old building on the 1st floor. Two rooms (each 17qm) are connected trough a joint door. The rooms could be used as living- and bedroom or 2 bedrooms. The apartment is full furnished. There is already one bed with a width of 140cm. The ichnography and the puristic style of the apartment offer a broad and airy surrounding, which is supported by a ceiling height3,30cm. The apartment is very bright, because of the big windows and a french balcony is in the living-room , which gives a spacious connection to the outspace.
A bathroom with daylight, bathtube and showercabine as well as a separate Wc are available. The spacious kitchen has a direkt view in the green backyard garden and is aquipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and an eletric stove.The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.
In the Nebenkosten the costs for heating (gas) and electricity are not included
and are calculated on a usage-bound. The monthly down-payment amounts to 95Euro.

The apartment is very near to the underground station Höhenstrasse (about 2 minutes walk). The U-Bahn 4 is driving directly Frankfurt fair, railway mainstation and University Bockenheim. In a 2 minutes walk is the popular and urban "Bergerstasse"with its in-bars, shops, (fancy) restaurants, bakeries, bio-supermarket, nice stores.

The apartment is located in Bornheim, a multicultural and urban district. In a 1 minute walk you are on the Bergerstrasse (or so-called “Bernemer Zeil which is a trendy shopping, stroll and extinguishing street. Bornheim is called the “funny village” and has a nice local colour with the traditional applewine bars and has also farmers market. Many shopping facilities are to be reached by a short walk.
By car there is past the big alley a direct connection to B8 and B40 and past the “Ratsweg” to the autobahn 661 and Kaiserleikreisel.
