We are subletting our fully furnished beautiful apartment in Frankfurt from 10th October - 31st January, with a possibility of taking over the lease.
The apartment has two bed rooms, one bath and a shared backyard. It is located in a quiet , green neighbourhood of Eschersheim - easily accessible by publish transit - 4 min from the nearest U Bahn Station and 6 min from the nearest S Bahn Station. With U Bahn, you can reach the city centre (Hauptwache) in 10 min - there’s a direct connection every 2 min.
It has everything that one may need - dishwasher, washing machine, and utensils.
The rent includes all possible costs, I.e. Internet, electricity, heating and radio tax. Registration is unfortunately not possible, but if it’s an absolute must - we can discuss it with our landlord.
Deposit : 2000 euros.
The place is ideal for a working couple or individual because other residents in the building are also working professionals, and speak fluent English.
